By using the Components and Variables for Google Slides Add-on (“Add-on”) for Google Slides, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Add-on.

Use of the Add-on

  • Purpose: The Add-on is designed to create reusable components and variables in Google Slides, allowing users to manage design elements across multiple slides with automatic synchronization.
  • Eligibility: You must have a Google Account and access to Google Slides to use the Add-on.
  • License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
  • Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or sell the Add-on. You may not use the Add-on for illegal purposes or to harm others.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure your use of the Add-on complies with Google’s Terms of Service and applicable laws.
  • Protect your Google Account credentials, as you are responsible for any activity under your account.

Intellectual Property

  • The Add-on, including its code and design, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright law.
  • You retain ownership of your Google Slides data, including any components, variables, and presentation content created or modified by the Add-on.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Add-on is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
  • We are not responsible for errors in component synchronization, data loss due to Google Slides’ limitations, or user actions.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Add-on.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Add-on, if any.

Termination

  • You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from Google Workspace Marketplace.
  • We may suspend or terminate access to the Add-on if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Add-on.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Add-on or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Add-on constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
